Competition Deadlines
All matches must be completed by the following dates:

Round of 64: 17th May 2026

Round of 32: 14th June 2026

Round of 16: 12th July 2026

Quarter Finals: 9th August 2026

Semi Finals: 6th September 2026

Final: 27th September 2026
Extensions Policy

We are providing 4-5 weeks between each deadline to allow ample time for scheduling

Extensions will not be granted as standard practice

Extensions may only be considered in extreme circumstances

Given the generous timeframe between rounds, we expect all players to complete their matches within the designated periods
Updating Match Scores
After completing your match, please update the score using one of the following methods:
- Paper copy: A paper copy of each competition will be displayed on the main notice board in the clubhouse. Update your result on the paper copy and we will transfer it to the system OR;
- Contact the Match & Handicap Team:
Please ensure scores are updated promptly after each match to keep the competition running smoothly.
